Emergency service dispatches and on-site restoration procedures are governed by on-site work authorization and service agreements executed directly between property owners (or authorized agents) and our operating field supervisors prior to commencing work.

3. Florida Statutory Disclaimers

In compliance with Florida Statutes (including Senate Bill 2-A and F.S. Chapter 626.854), Iron Group does not act as a licensed public adjuster, does not solicit or execute Assignment of Benefits (AOB) contracts, and does not negotiate insurance settlements. We document physical damage objectively and supply moisture logs directly for review by the property owner and carrier adjusters.
